About us

The story began in 1993 when Catherine and Marie, both passionate about their region and event planning, created their DMC company.

After years of project management, the agency evolved and expanded its scope of expertise and practice within the meeting and events industry.

Today, Terres & Cie delivers over 150 projects each year in over thirty destinations in France and around Europe thanks to our 11 Event Designers who are all experienced project managers.

Expertise in our region is an intrinsic part of our DNA as our headquarters are located in Biarritz in the Basque Country, with offices also in Bordeaux since 2010.

During her 25-year career in the meeting and events industry, Catherine has developed a large network of partners and resources all over France. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her skills in conference management keep clients coming back year after year to entrust her with their new projects.

She has the mindset of a Swiss Army knife with special expertise in conference planning. Indeed, Elodie developed a large array of skills in the Basque Country, before expanding her scope of practice to encompass the organization of General Meetings and Conferences on a national level… always with a serene smile on her face!

Conference organization is her second nature! Whether registration management, planning gala events or social programs, Emilie takes care of everything, not only all over France but also in European capitals as well.

Our youngest team member in the Basque Country takes on each of her projects with great enthusiasm.

She thoroughly enjoys the dynamic working environment and, always on top of her game, Ines never gets bored. She is a rigorous and reliable team member who always has a smile on her face.

Marie Latrille

Associate Director

Calm and meticulous. Marie takes care of all your events with her well-tried methodology, both in the Basque Country and Spain where she has developed extensive experience. Particularly in Barcelona, a beautiful capital where her specialist knowledge, contacts and resources will provide you with unrivalled expertise.

Patricia Avila

Administrative and Accounting Manager

Patricia masterfully organizes the nuts and bolts of business administration. Invoices, down payments, VAT, disbursements… she oversees everything and makes sure we follow procedures! She accomplishes all her tasks with care and precision, never deviating from a Zen state of mind.

Virginie Miura

Business Development Manager

A good listener and with experience in communications and event project management, Virginie is passionate about continuous service improvement. With her know-how and ability to provide expert advice to our clients, she is a key player in our team who drives our creativity. Between trade fairs, FAM trips and workshops, you will always see her in action.
